      The material of rotor is 40Cr,quench to HRC50-55 after rough rolling,two times hard cutting,the gear precision can arrive ISO class6-7.
2.The material of shafe gear      

      The material of shafe gear is 20CrMnTi,quench to HRC58-61 after rough rolling,two times hard cutting,the gear precision can arrive ISO class6-7.
3. The material of plate gear    

       The material of plate gear is 40Cr,quench to HRC48-51 after rough rolling,grind,the precision can arrive ISO class6-7
